Applecross joins clients looking specifically at the Edinburgh market. Two new recruits join: Andy Veitch to research land ownership and Ruari Fairburns to mange communications with land vendors. Stewart Milne joins to and orders a survey of the Aberdeen market. Land Locator takes its first trade mission to the States and identifies potential customers.

NOVEMBER 2005
Land Locator is contracted by a significant speculative property fund run by one of the UK’s leading insurance companies. Land Locator open talks with local authorities to provide a strategic development service.

OCTOBER 2005
I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Peacock to the Board of Land Locator as Non-executive Director. Chris was previously Global CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle and retired from that position early in 2004.
